Cancellation policy
The customer has a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Opened goods cannot be exchanged.
Right of withdrawalThe customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier designated by him takes possession of the last goods.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us (JKSIMTECH gbR, hubertusstrasse 197 47798 Krefeld, jksimtech@web.de, telephone: +491788910111 (by arrangement)) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of the decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocationIf the customer cancels this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from the customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that the customer has chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer; under no circumstances will the customer be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
The customer must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which the customer notifies us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We will bear the cost of returning goods that can normally be returned by post. The customer will bear the direct cost of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post. For goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, the cost is EUR 40. The customer only has to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.
